Carolyn Dove
Carolyn is licensed to practice law in Texas and before the United States Tax Court. She is also admitted to the Northern District of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Mrs. Dove earned her B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and her law degree from Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law. In addition to being an attorney, Mrs. Dove is also licensed by the State of Texas as a Certified Public Accountant.

Mrs. Dove focuses her practice on helping both individuals and businesses with legal matters, using her CPA to focus in on tax areas. She has represented individuals and businesses in tax controversy matters involving both federal and state taxes, including cases involving the federal Trust Fund Recovery Penalty, claims for refund, disputes over hobby loss and passive activity losses, and sales tax audits. She has also assisted families in protecting their wealth and their loved ones in her estate planning and elder law practice. As a part of her practice, she is certified by the State Bar to act as an Attorney Ad Litem and Guardian Ad Litem in civil cases. Mrs. Dove also provides advice to clients regarding application of complex tax laws and assists many business clients in a range of general business matters from contract drafting and review through litigation.

Mrs. Dove grew up in Gordon, Texas, and enjoys handling cases located close to her hometown whenever possible. She and her husband now live in Arlington, Texas, with their four children, Clark, Joseph, Brendan, and Elizabeth. In addition to her law practice, Mrs. Dove has also taught as an adjunct professor of Business Law at The University of Texas at Arlington.
